The traditional healing art of Ayurveda is one of the many cultural legacies of the island and you can experience on your own body why Sri Lanka is known for its healing art. The Body and Mind Week brings together meditation and Ayurveda and offers you relaxation in abundance with yoga and spiritual activities. Get to know yourself and your body better and treat yourself to a luxurious time out. At the end of this week, you will be amazed how fit, healthy and satisfies you can feel. If you have been involved in social projects or have paved the way for your career with an internship abroad, this week is the time and place to relax and take a break.
